More Women Shave Genitaks

Rude economically, socially stressful, disappointing for the Planet, our year ended 2010. At Lambeth, as elsewhere, the effects of the crisis are being felt heavily.
At time of writing these few lines, while many towns had their Ets public policy debate budget (Marcq in Baroeul, Lomme, La Madeleine, Lille, Saint-André), even voted to budget 2011 (Bondues LMCU Region), we still do not know that the sauce will be cooked up to Lambeth. It probably is working "in the kitchen" for the results of fiscal 2010 and is aligned it will have to finance.
Financial balance is difficult between what is involved (projects and programs) and incompressible expenses on one side, and what is promised (supplementary tax allowance for large families) as income on the other, it would take a miracle! Or an increased reliance on debt ...
The Act imposes a budget vote until late March and a vote of the administrative account before the end of June Common sense suggests that an annual budget to be voted on before you start the year, or within the first few weeks of it. And that the administrative account (the real "balance sheet" of 2010) is also known and validated in early 2011 (no explanation that it is necessary 6 months to complete an administrative account). At Lambeth, the majority chose to stick to the letter of the law. We regret we do not choose the right direction.
